Placing Online Orders
Find your favorite items. Add them to your cart. Checkout. Our website provides a convenient way for you to purchase your favorite Teresa del Rito items. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to create a customer account with us. While this is optional, it adds the additional convenience of order tracking, order history and one stop reordering. Prior to submitting your order, please review it carefully.

After placing your order, you will receive an order number as well as a confirmation email from us. Be sure to add shop@teresadelrito.com to your approved senders list to ensure you receive our emails. All of our eCommerce emails will come from this address.

Payment Methods
Teresa del Rito accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. PayPal also includes the opportunity to use Bill Me Later which is a PayPal service. All orders are secured and encrypted not only on our site by a SSL certificate but also by PayPal directly. All confidential information is sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and your information is encrypted during transmission.

Taxes
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona addresses. These orders are subject to a 7.95% sales tax and will be added to your order total at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Unless otherwise noted, all items are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days after delivery. We will only accept returns for items that are in their original condition without any signs of wear or tear.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and can use any carrier they choose. Upon receipt of returned items, Teresa del Rito reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet the return policy requirements stated above. Original shipping charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. Cancellation Policy
Because our products are unique, production starts soon after order placement. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after order placement. To cancel your order, please send an email to shop@teresadelrito.com or call us at (505) 982-8763. Once 24 hours has passed, you cannot cancel your order however, upon receiving your order, you can choose to return or exchange it in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy stated above.

Custom Orders
Each one of our handcrafted products is unique in its own way and produced after placing your order. Most products offer variations such as colors and/or images. Occasionally we create custom, limited edition products that are available to purchase on the site.

Retail Shipping
Teresa del Rito will ship your order via USPS. Because our products are handcrafted, production time can take between 1-2 weeks. Once production is completed, your order will ship immediately and you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Be sure to add shop@teresadelrito.com to your approved senders list to ensure you receive our emails. All of our eCommerce emails will come from this address.
Our domestic shipping rates for orders shipping within the United States are as follows:
An Order Value Between $0-$49.99 = A Shipping Charge of $6
An Order Value Between $50-$99.99 = A Shipping Charge of $13
An Order Value Between $100-$199.99 = A Shipping Charge of $18
An Order Value Between $200-$299.99 = A Shipping Charge of $28
An Order Value Between $300-$399.99 = A Shipping Charge of $38

Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale orders will ship UPS and the price will be determined by the size and weight of the package. The terms will be 30 days for qualifying customers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation eMail from us.
